Research interest

As a multilingual speaker myself, I have always been interested in knowing more about how we learn languages. My main research interests are centered around how differences in language environment influence language development. Throughout my research journey, I have looked into how babies from different cultures or language backgrounds learn their languages. Previously I worked on projects that investigate how bilingual babies learn vocabularies across their two languages. Right now, I am trying to explore how babies growing up in different countries learn to engage in social interaction and learn from their environment.
